Common problems during elevator maintenance

(1) The rescue of elevator accidents is not timely. Elevator maintenance companies are messy and the maintenance level is uneven, which leads to the untimely rescue of elevators. At present, there are many elevator maintenance companies in China. However, due to improper market management, the maintenance level of each company is uneven, and the emergency response capability is poor, so that many maintenance units cannot rush to the scene in time after receiving the elevator failure, thus missing the best rescue opportunity. In addition, a large part of the maintenance units did not formulate emergency plans in advance, and often made temporary personnel arrangements after being notified. This has seriously affected the progress of the rescue.

(2) The elevator maintenance market is chaotic. With the acceleration of urbanization in my country and the large-scale use of elevators in urban construction, the demand for elevators in the market is also increasing year by year. At the same time, it has driven the rapid development of its maintenance units, but the service quality of elevator maintenance is uneven. The main reason is that many companies do not have professional maintenance technicians, nor do they have the necessary equipment and maintenance quality assurance system. In addition, in order to create profits or win customers, some companies reduce the quotation for maintenance, but cut corners and make shoddy products during maintenance.

(3) The quality of the elevator maintenance team is not high. With the increasing market demand for elevator maintenance, many elevator maintenance companies have also been established. This has led to the increasing market competitiveness of elevator maintenance, but the economic benefits have been reduced a lot. There are more and more professional maintenance technicians leaving their posts, but elevator maintenance construction units do not pay enough attention to the training of professional technicians. In addition, many new employees do not have high professional skills, and do not fully understand the safety performance of elevators, and the maintenance progress is slow.

(4) The elevator users lack awareness of maintenance. Although there are clear regulations in our country, the maintenance work must be guaranteed once every 15 days in the process of using the elevator, and the content of the maintenance is explained and emphasized in detail. However, a large part of the elevator users did not carry out maintenance work on time according to the regulations. Repair and maintenance work is not even carried out once a month. In order to cope with the inspection of relevant units, some users only make a rough inspection in the process of elevator safety inspection, and it is easy to miss some hidden safety hazards in elevator operation.
